The agreement (3 copies in general) must be signed by the Head of this structure, by the internship mentor, by the student, by the &#8220;enseignant r\u00e9f\u00e9rent&#8221; (i.e., your principal professor in France), and by the Head of the University in which you are enrolled in France.<\/p>\n<p>Depending on your University of enrollment, download the relevant files below to start the round of signatures:<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"font-weight: bold;\">SORBONNE UNIVERSITE :<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>process is on line : <a href=\"https:\/\/stages.sorbonne-universite.fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/stages.sorbonne-universite.fr<\/a><\/li>\n<li>push the blue button at the top right-hand corner in order to connect you.<\/li>\n<li>push the button \u00ab D\u00e9poser un nouveau dossier \u00bb<\/li>\n<li>choose: \u00ab Demande de stage 2025-2026 \u00bb. Then you have to <strong>save<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>fill a file with informations about you, your track, your internship, etc.<\/li>\n<li>When you leave and comeback you have to push on \u00ab Demande de stage 2025-2026 \u00bb or to open the file at the top right-hand corner of the window.<\/li>\n<li>Unfortunately the document to fill is written in French.
