\nFILL IT VERY CAREFULLY (this will produce the “convention”, which is a contract<\/em>, and cannot be modified easily, once validated and signed by everybody)<\/li>\n
\nSince 01\/2022: the electronic signature is again allowed<\/span><\/strong> (you can insert your signature on one pdf version and send it by email)<\/li>\n
\nIt must be received by the “scolarit\u00e9” at least 15 days before the start<\/strong> of the internship (30 days<\/strong> if internship is abroad)<\/li>\n![\"\"](\"https:\/\/physics-complex-systems.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/achtung.jpg\")
\u00a0 internship abroad and covid pandemy<\/strong> :
\ncheck the status of the country (cf. https:\/\/www.gouvernement.fr\/info-coronavirus\/deplacements<\/a>). If there is a risk (orange or red country) you should ask the agreement of “Fonctionnaire S\u00e9curit\u00e9 D\u00e9fense” (see point 3 below). This should be done before the convention is transmitted to the “scolarit\u00e9”<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\n* the whole procedure on P-Stage is explained on this “U-PSaclay’s Tuto for PStage<\/a>” (in french). Look at it for details.
\n* Few remarks:<\/strong> (they should allow you to avoid the 24 pages Tuto!)
\n– Language : choose the convention in french<\/em> for an internship in France (in english<\/em> for internship abroad)
\n– “Organisme d’accueil” : it should the institution which is paying you (it may be the CNRS or a University,…) use the scrolling menu (e.g. the CNRS labs in Paris Saclay perimeter depend on “CNRS D\u00e9l\u00e9gation Ile de France Gif-sur-Yvette (DR04)”) ; Careful: in order to search the organism in PStage, check the SIRET number (you can use web sites like www.societe.com, etc)
\nOnce selected the correct “organisme”, go to “Contacts” to select the lab (scrolling menu “s\u00e9lectionner un service”)
\nNote that you may have to create the “organisme” and the “service” (lab): in this case, be very careful,<\/strong> do not\u00a0 duplicate the information and increase entropy!<\/em>
\n– “Tuteur” is the intership’s advisor
\n– “Enseignant r\u00e9f\u00e9rent” is\u00a0 “Christophe Texier” (for signature from PCS Master)
\n– “Mod\u00e8le de convention” : choose “Paris Saclay Standard (fran\u00e7ais)” for internship in France and “Paris Saclay Standard (anglais)” for internship abroad (in non French-speaking countries)
\n– “Type de stage” : choose “Formation initiale – stage obligatoire”
\n– you will have to indicate the total number of days (take into account that there are few “jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s” in France : 01\/05, 08\/05, 21\/05, 01\/06) ; in France, the legal working time is 35 hours\/week (7h\/day)
\n– Since 01\/2024<\/strong>, for internship in France, the stipend<\/strong> should be minimum 659,76\u20ac net\/month ; only exception is for students from ENS already paid (=> no additional stipend)
\n– “Modalit\u00e9s de suivi par l’enseignant r\u00e9f\u00e9rent” (Ch.Texier)\u00a0 : write “occasionnel”
\n– “Modalit\u00e9 de validation du stage” : choose “soutenance”
\n– “Signataire” is the “repr\u00e9sentant l\u00e9gal de l’organisme d’accueil” (e.g. for the CNRS DR04, it is M. Benoit For\u00eat, the “d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 r\u00e9gional” ; cf. first form “Formulaire de proposition de stage”)
\n– the rest should be easy (only fill what is compulsory, with a “*”!)<\/p>\n
\n(2) simultaneously, declare the mobility out of France to the DRIE (Direction des Relation Internationales, Universit\u00e9 Paris Saclay) : https:\/\/psud.moveonfr.com\/form\/5593d35c3f5d66dd7b000000\/fra#<\/a>
\nChoose the “D\u00e9clarez votre mobilit\u00e9 de stage \u00e0 l’\u00e9tranger 2021\/22” form.
\nPlease do not forget to submit your declaration by clicking on “Envoyer” at the end.
\n(3) Notify Mathieu Langer (international-physics.sciences[at]universite-paris-saclay[dot]fr) that you have declared your mobility.
\n COVID:<\/strong>
\nDue to the pandemy of Covid, you should get the agreement of the \u00ab Fonctionnaire S\u00e9curit\u00e9 D\u00e9fense \u00bb (FSD), 3 or 4 weeks before your departure<\/strong>. Mathieu Langer will then request the agreement of the FSD of Universit\u00e9 Paris-Saclay on the basis of your declaration.<\/p>\n
