Dear colleagues,
\nWe are looking for a candidate to fill a funded PhD position on “Stochastic and learning algorithms for high energy physics” , ideally starting between June and September 2019 (or earlier). An internship taking place in the beginning of 2019 can precede the PhD.
\nThe successful candidate will work at Universit\u00e9 Clermont-Auvergne (UCA) and be part of the LHCb collaboration (CERN, Gen\u00e8ve). She\/He will be supervised by Manon Michel (Laboratoire de Math\u00e9matiques Blaise Pascal, UCA), Arnaud Guillin (LMBP, UCA) and St\u00e9phane Monteil (Laboratoire de Physique de Clermont, UCA), member of the LHCb collaboration.
