I was awarded the\u00a0Women in Quant Finance Scholarship\u00a0supported by Capital Fund Management (CFM)\u00a0and have since advocated for more women in this field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I am now a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Columbia Business School in New York, continuing to explore market microstructure and decentralized finance.
