I have an exciting opening for a PhD position in my group<stefano.bo/> at King’s College London to use statistical physics and machine learning to study force-sensing proteins www.findaphd.com/phds/project/machine-learning-the-dynamics-of-force-sensing-proteins/?p179591.
The project is interdisciplinary and involves the possibility of doing single-molecule experiments in the lab of Rafel Tapia-Rojo<tapia-rojolab.com/> and developing molecular dynamics simulations under the supervision of Chris Lorenz<nms.kcl.ac.uk/lorenz.lab/wp/>.
