At the Institute of Materials Physics in Space of the German Aerospace Center in Cologne, we are looking for several enthusiastic and excellent PhD candidates. Possible topics range from colloids, active and granular matter and complex plasmas to metallic melts and additive manufacturing, using experiments (on ground and in microgravity) and/or theory/simulation.
